1. Permission to Use

You may download, install, and use Splonk and SplonkCam, free of charge, on devices you own or control. You do not need an account or license key.

2. Pricing & Updates

• Splonk and SplonkCam are free, forever.
• All future updates are included at no additional cost.
• There is no purchase, subscription, or renewal fee.
• SplonkCam for iOS is also free.

3. Refunds

Splonk and SplonkCam are free, so no payment is collected and no refund is due. If you need help, email contact@silpho.com.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of everything you create with Splonk and SplonkCam — recordings, edits, exports, all of it. We claim no rights to your content. Use it however you want, commercially or otherwise.

5. System Requirements

• Splonk: macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later
• SplonkCam: iOS 17 or later
• Wireless streaming between devices requires both to be on the same local Wi-Fi network.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the apps
• Use the apps to create content that violates applicable law

7. Disclaimer

The apps are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship quality software, but we can’t guarantee it will be bug-free or work perfectly in every environment. We are not liable for any data loss, missed recordings, or other damages arising from use of the apps.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the apps.

9. Termination

We may end your permission to use the apps if you violate these terms. You must then stop using the apps and delete all copies. Your content remains yours regardless.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Białystok, Poland.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the apps after changes constitutes acceptance.
